| Darlene Bailey is our Secretary of the Board of Directors. Darlene brings a wealth of experience of working, helping, and teaching children and teenagers, knowledge, leading, and a genuine heart to reach out to teenagers. She has been married to her husband Richard for 35 years. They have two children, one son-in-law, two grandchildren, and one nephew and niece-in-law. She was an only child who was born and raised in Dover; part of York County, Darlene works as a Teacher's Aide at LIU #12, helping mentally and physically challenged students for over 16 years. "I have a strong interest in Youth of York and I would like to help them any way I can." |
