THE WAY
Description
There are some issues that run too deep and that need a more in-depth approach. The Way is
our residential branch of The Broken Wall, inc. We will teach the resident's the skills needed to
help them handle life.
In order to meet the deep rooted issues of each individual the teenager will voluntarily be placed
in this program. This program will run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The students will
take part in morning devotions, meals, chores, schooling (to continue their education),
discipleship classes, and physical activity. There is a level system that the residents will need
to work through.

Objectives
Goal 1. To offer a 24 hour, seven days a week care for teens ages 13-17 years old in our
residential home.
Goal 2. To provide in-depth counseling to focus on the issues that led them here.
Goal 3. To give opportunity to continue and finish their high school education.
Goal 4. To teach about God and biblical truths everyday, while in the program.
Goal 5. When the student graduates the program they should leave with the skills and
knowledge to live a productive and happy life.
Goal 6. To ensure each person knows they are loved and cared for.
Meeting Goal 1. To meet this goal we will charge monthly fee for this program – that will provide
the student with a place to live in our residential home, meals, high school level
education, and all the things needed to live in a group home.
Meeting Goal 2. The student will have regularly scheduled appointments with a counselor and/or
psychologist.
Meeting Goal 3. The student will attend school at the residential house while in this program.
Meeting Goal 4. The student will attend devotional and discipleship classes everyday, they will
attend church on Sunday mornings, and the staff will lead by example.
Meeting Goal 5. This program will be on a level system. The student must accomplish all levels
successfully in order to graduate from the program. Each level has a minimum
time period the student must be at that level.
Meeting Goal 6. The overall belief and purpose of The Broken Wall, inc is to share and teach
them about unconditional love with each person who walks through the door.
