ESCAPE
Description
Escape is a Youth Ministry service. We will have worship time, collect a offering, prayer time,
preaching, and altar time. Escape will take place on Thursday evenings 7pm - 9pm, as to not
conflict with the majority of other local Youth Ministry services.
Objectives
Goal 1. To ensure each student knows who God is and what he is about.
Goal 2. To offer a program that’s main goal is to share about God in an un-imposing manner.
Goal 3. To give opportunities for the students to be involved in the services.
Goal 4. To not compete with other local youth groups.
Goal 5. To offer hope to each teenager.
Goal 6. To teach about issues that pertain to teenagers.
Goal 7. To ensure each teenager knows they are loved and cared for.
Meeting Goal 1. To give a sermon/lesson that teaches about God during each service.
Meeting Goal 2. To not shove or push the gospel at the students.
Meeting Goal 3. Allow the students to use their abilities, talents, and giftings during the
services.
Meeting Goal 4. Escape will be on Thursday’s - where as other youth groups are on
Wednesday, Sunday, and Friday evenings.
Meeting Goal 5. Again this is met by teaching about God.
Meeting Goal 6. By only preaching about issues that pertain to teenagers. Example: we would
preach about sexual diseases, but not about sexual problems when you are
senior citizen.
Meeting Goal 7. The overall belief and purpose of The Broken Wall, inc is to share and
teach them about unconditional love with each person who walks through the
door.
